College Wood

Early morning mist gave way to persistent rain as the spaniel and I trudged through Queen and College Woods near Pishill. I don't know which College the name refers to but a lot of the Oxford University colleges own land around here. We had to stay out for three hours as Mrs L showed a succession of estate agents around to get a market valuation for the bungalow. Too wet to risk my camera so this is  phone snap.
