Easier to see larger ........

We seem to be blessed (!?!?) with pheasants in the garden - males, females, groups, pairs.   They appear to be rather stupid and clumsy birds (not to mention the craaaakingly loud noise they make) but quite spectacular when you study their feathers and colours.

As you can see, I haven't managed to cut my grass in the back garden yet ............  and it rained for most of the day again today - soppingly wet underfoot.
