5000 Not Out

5000 seems a number comfortable in itself - a number which rolls off the tongue and looks good on paper. 

5000 blips is almost 14 years worth of photos ( that birthday will come in July) with never a day missed and no back blipping. That in itself might warrant a stay in the Priory, but I know there are others on this site similarly afflicted who would be there with me. 

Somebody else must have had cause to celebrate on the beach last night, leaving behind a fire pit and a wilting rose. You just never know what you will find on the beach at any time and today, apart from the latter, you might have espied two scantily clad ladies of a certain age tripping the light fantastic at an early hour into a calm sea for an invigorating dook. Note how they submerged noiselessly into the water with no shrieking or squealing- such pros, both of them!
