I noticed the Butterbur poking through the ground on our walk by the river this morning. 
We've had showers and sunshine together today, and it's not been too cold, must be Spring.
I've planted 5 seedtrays with flower seeds this afternoon and edged the lawns, amazing how much neater it looks.
