We managed our walk at the heath with just the odd rain shower this morning.    This afternoon has been frequent heavy showers, at this rate I can't see me cutting the grass any time soon.
I was fascinated with the tiny fir cones that we came across this morning.   You can see how small they were against the pine needles.
