Odds and ends

Couldn't decide on a picture today, so you have a collage.....

Keep Fit in the morning, then a walk.  We left home in beautiful sunshine but the rain came on and we walked in light rain.  Then when we left the sun came out again. 

Then a visit to Ron and Pat.  They are having a very tough time, Pat is very ill, and has difficulty with everything.  Ron is not well, but does his best to cope with her.   We tried to help a bit today.
