Canoodling parakeets (road-testing the X-T5)

Up a little earlier today, ready for our plumber, Alex, to come and fit new valves on our dining room radiator.  He did his usual neat job, and was gone by 10:30am.  A little before midday, I took delivery of a loan camera from Fujifilm, the X-T5.  Took it out for a quick road test when I finished work - just a quick walk round the block, with the parakeet tree along the way.  These two seemed quite amorous ;)

Cue an evening of much photo editing.  This camera takes a LOT of photos on burst mode!  I did end up deleting most of them though - no one needs that many of virtually the same thing.

In other news, we had the survey done on the house we're buying today - unexpectedly, the surveyer phone Tim this afternoon to tell him his findings ahead of submitting his report.  Good to get some immediate feedback - and there are no big horrors, just a few small things for us to be aware of.  One step further along the road...  :)
