Conferencing

Back in 'burgh for the asecond time in two weeks, this time for work purposes!  Haven't been to a conference in a good few many years and I must admit, with a big to do list I wasn't particularly looking forward to it.  However it turned out to be a great day with some really interesting speakers.  The highlight of which had to be the ending keynote from Mark Beaumont who has cycled around the world twice and broke records each time.  Though I must say I didn't recognise him clean-shaven and in a suit.  Still love the fact that the world circumnavigation by bike records are boht owned by Scots (Jenny Graham has the women's record and she is super cool)

Finished the day with a walk into the village for a chippy tea.  Got admiring comments from folk going past too for the brilliant idea of walking whilst consuming said chippy tea.
