Deer protection

As my newly-planted broad beans are looking so healthy and the bean tunnel is already in place, I thought it'd be safer to put a roll of chicken wire around the structure to stop the muntjacs munching them. 

As much as I hate covering and netting things on the plot, it's just a relief when you know nothing can get to your precious crops!

Though, having said that, I left an extra broad bean, still in its pot, somewhere else on the plot and it hasn't been touched. Goes to show you never know what to expect!
