LULWORTH ROOK

Today we went to Lulworth Cove and Corfe Castle. My legs and feet weren't up to the walk over the hill to Durdle Door so I stayed back and had coffee and a wander round the village. Some outdoor cafés just have sparrows and chaffinches scavenging around the tables, but the one I chose had these big rooks coming and demanding crumbs with menaces!
Extras are a kestrel on the cliff edges and the view across to Portland Bill where we'd scattered our parents' ashes with the late sun lighting up the sea.
