A head for heights

Today was my first day back as a perm employee for the same company that I joined in 1987.  I first left in 2010 under redundancy, went back in 2011 on a contract and have left and been back another 4 or 5 times over 10 years on contracts since then, the last time for 5 years.  Every calendar year since 1987 I have worked at this company and now, I am back.
 
I do not regret leaving in 2010, the roles I have done since I am sure I would not have done if I had stayed. We will see how things go.
 
Rich had a side line job today.  He went up on to the scaffold to clean the solar panels.  He did not enjoy it but I held the ladder for him.  Hopefully they will collect it before easter but we are waiting to hear when.
