Always another job waiting...

We have both had a busy day at work and after Rich did a few jobs around the house and I had the ironing to do.  Lucky for me most of it had been on the washing line and did not really need an iron.

I also went around to the older lady down the road.  I have been helping her get a better deal with BT but it has inadvertently caused her some stress.  A return trip tomorrow night and hopefully we can sort it all out.

Work is busy, I changed to a perm contract on Monday and this has resulted in lots of HR things to do as a 'new start' and also a slight change to my role, in that the managers have given more definition to what my responsibilities are.  To me it feels like a rather long list and as a perm member of staff I now have a 7 hour day rather than 7.5 as a contractor, so less time..... will see how things go.
