Sunshine!

Sun makes a day so much better! A relaxed morning pottering, doing bits for Good Friday service and reading. Time spent in the garden weeding a few plants that were struggling to survive the wildness we’ve allowed to flourish (seems a delicate balance between allowing a degree of wildness and bee friendly land with helping a few of the plants we love to survive!).

A visit from the Lyden’s and Fern (extra) and a walk round rectory with them where the kids and I discovered the Fritillaria have come out (see other extra where Allegra wanted to copy a photo mum took of her during one of their lockdown walks - realised when we got home it was from the wrong angle but it’ll do!).

The extras are maybe nicer photos, but the main was what I was really grateful for - a slower day with sunshine and time to enjoy my morning coffee!
