Sunset

Tonight we had choir practice at our choirmaster's home amongst a wealth of antiques and collectables - fascinating and scary at the same time!  Our last practice before our anthem on Easter Sunday.  A few of us are croaky so hope the voices keep going!  After that there was a gap before the first service for Holy Week, so I went for a walk around the village.  This was the sun going down over the farmland, and I spotted another lovely Magnolia in bloom and some bright tulips - past their best, but still pretty.  Then a contemplative service at the church with some lovely music.  It was like a sauna in there though - glad to get out into the cooler night air!
