Hot Cross Buns

It has been a busy day. A morning walk followed by a baking and prep session.
Hot Cross buns, a loaf of bread, tomato sauce for pizza tomorrow and dessert for tomorrow.
I have never made hot cross buns before and to be honest they look more like hot cross rock cakes but they were OK inside and taste good.
