Steve’s Opening Reception

This afternoon Shelly and I picked up my step-daughter Helena and went to the Chuckanut Bay Gallery for the opening of my brother Steve’s show there. We saw some friends I haven’t seen for a very long time. The show was well set up and we had a good time seeing many friends there. Afterwards Helena came over for hot chocolate. It’s been too long since we’ve gotten together. In the morning I had a lovely phone conversation with my son Jason in Brooklyn, NY. It was great catching up on his news and laughing a lot. The older we get, the goofier. I like that.
