A frosty start indeed. Heating had to come on, which was just as well as it meant there was enough hot water for a shower after a quick 5k run. Once the boat was cleaned, prepped up and paddleboards dried & folded away, R, D, E, T & S arrived for a grand day out on the boat. After a logistical car swap we were able to set off from Nantwich to Audlem, with a late lunch in-between. T spent most of the time driving the boat: something he picked up rather quickly. We arrived at Audlem in good timing for the ladies to drive back home while E & T slept over on the boat with Tuttle Jnr & myself. Bend it Like Beckham was the movie choice this evening. Aces.
