Malachi!

This is Malachi at goal keeper training! Both he and Theo had their coaching session today and they got much muddier than this! Luckily they, their clothes and boots have all washed up and are clean as a button again! They both had fun as well!

I also got 3 hours (15 miles) of rolling hills in and for the first time in forever I ran every step and every hill! I loved it and felt great to get a really strong run banked!


We watched Rotherham secure a draw away at Norwich, 4 points from two ex premier league teams over the bank holiday really helps as we push to survive!

Fit in a gym session and some cake too! A lovely day!
