The only photo I have taken today! A record of Theo, Mal and Jessica’s 9.25 mile cycle!

They set off after me and we crossed paths as I was returning. All of us gearing for 9 miles! The speed work on my session felt hard after yesterdays effort, but all done.

Work, gym and physio rehab session complete too and I’ve just finished the last of the housework and meal prep and headed for a well deserved soak!

Paul has fixed the brakes on the car so that’s no longer making a terrible noise!

All in all a productive day, hoping for a slower one tomorrow!
