Cally Palace

A fabulous drive up to Scotland, the most amazing weather, the whole way. A quick stop for shopping at Gretna Village, then to Kirkcudbright. Mr S wanted fish & chips, but the Polar Bites chippy by the harbour has closed down. We found a nice pub, At The Garret, and they had fish and chips, very good too. The tide was in and Kirkcudbright was looking fantastic.
We headed to the Cally Palace, and met up with the rest of the family, settled into our room, then I went for a bit of a run around the grounds. We Mets the kids at the pool, lovely and warm, then we all met up for dinner. It was really good.
