Girls just wanna have ….
..ice cream! Even on a cold wet and blustery afternoon. Ice cream is to be had whatever the weather.
They are not wet because of that though they have all been having fun swimming in the centre of Bath.
The day started bright and breezy and we went into Larkhall late morning as Grace had managed to book Eda a hair appointment. She’s had about six inches cut off but it looks really good and easier for her to manage. Whilst they were in there Chris and I took Jude to the Larkhall deli. We had coffees and Jude and I had a croissant, yes she had had breakfast!
She likes her food. (You may spot me in the mirror in the inset)
It was just starting to rain as we came out. Grace was on the bike and we got the bus. Unbeknown to her friend M was going to the swimming pool with his two girls, A and H, at the same time so they had a fabulous time. We’d arranged to meet them afterwards at the Real Italian Ice Cream Parlour. I had a cup of tea - much more suited to the weather.
We needed to stay out until the cleaners finished at home apparently.
This evening, one year on from Grace playing the role, I’m going to see A and H’s mum in Evita in Bristol. Fabulous whatever the weather
