Hmm

I noticed this white-throated sparrow sitting on a wall behind our house and wondered what was going on. So I got my camera - as you do - and took a couple of shots of it. I suspect that it might have hit the kitchen window, as it was looking a little bit the worst for wear. So I worried for a little while and thought that if I was any kind of a wildlife lover I'd go catch it and take it to The Wildlife Center of Virginia. But then it turned around and hopped away - looking perfectly normal. 

Maybe it was okay, maybe not - but in any case I was clearly not going to be catching it!
