Brunerra/Bugloss
I always like these small forget-me-not like flowers in the Spring - Brunerra Macrophylla, also known as Siberian Bugloss.
And in the extra, a Bee. It’s one of the many species of mining bee. They are solitary nesters, not social insects like honeybees, although confusingly there seems to be an aggregation of them at the furthest edge of our front lawn. The question now is - should I avoid mowing that area.
