Lake Sylvain

We took our time on this lovely walk through Bush. I had an apprentice, she took the B&W extra and many more besides. It turns out she was quite the bird whisperer as we spent some time in tbe company of 2 fantails and a South Island Robin.
Dumplings and Steamed buns for lunch. Lamb and beef again, different style, all cooked over fire. Pumpkin gratin and delicious veg too.
