Another wet day

There were a few almighty showers today with the odd bit of sunshine.

Leo came home bedraggled but happy after the tournament.  His lucky pants came up trumps as his team won the Plate at the tournament.  There were eight teams who all played each other and then the top 4 went into the Cup league and the bottom 4 into the Plate.  Leo’s team lost all the initial games so went into the Plate league looking  like they had no hope.  But well done them as they managed to emerge winners of that or ‘The Best of The Worst’ as Leo is calling it.

Ian is away and sent (extra) the fancy menu he was enjoying.   Mum, Dad and I had lunch at Morrisons - that is almost the same :)
