A day at the farm

It was the coldest, windiest and wettest day, but that only really bothered the adults!!!.. though the butterfly wings got very soggy and wouldn’t work!
Lunch was had in the barn on haystacks followed by a lot of jumping and fun. A ‘plastic’ cow was milked and livestock fed, as in extras.
There was much laughter when the farmer asked Alicia what the difference was between the baby chicks and ducklings, that were in warm cages ( she was three last month!!).. her answer being “those are chickens and those are ducks!!!”… obviously!!!
