Rainy Days and Wednesdays

Awoke to a shot of pure oxygen from the harbour over coffee. The sky was rather beautiful, mainly grey but also with a faint glow about it. Was offered a part in a murder mystery event based on Downtown Abbey, which I have accepted on account of me being 105. Lots of meetings at work but didn't feel so bad as it rained heavily for most of the day. Came up against the formidable Val at rehearsals. I was supposed to have learnt four sketches by now but sadly have only managed two. Thankfully I think she has a soft spot for me, so I was able to charm my way out of it. Called in to Tesco on the way home to pick up a few bits.
