Remembering to Breathe

Woke early and went for a sunrise stroll along the seafront. Walked along the new sea defences by Clarence Parade and it was good to cross the Bridge of Fives again after so long. Caught the smell of freshly cut grass on the way home, possibly for the first time this year. Worked from home and found it very tough going today. Thankfully managed to remember how to breathe and enjoyed listening to some good music during the afternoon. Even managed to learn a few lines and get a smile from V this evening. Wonders never cease. Went for a drink with the rest of the cast at the pub after rehearsals.
