Viburnum…smelling lovely

A busy day.
A telephone conversation with a doctor followed by trip to Kingston to do some shopping …the first visit in a long time. Strange to find that in M &S you now have to do your own checking out of clothes self -service just like buying food. Not at all busy this morning at 10am. Bought a few clothing items and some things for the grandchildren.  Not impressed with so many items in John Lewis haberdashery area which had no price tags. The assistant had to come and use her phone on bar code to find prices! 

Delighted to get a call from the garage to say my car was sorted and  ready to collect before lunchtime . It needed new spark plugs and they did a few more checks, added oil and checked my tyres too! MOT not due for another month when I will have a fuller service . Interesting to think that soon there will be no spark plugs in cars when all are electric! No internal combustion….

Purchases of gym leggings from M & S very strange shape  when I tried on at home so went again this afternoon to return …much busier. At last the works on Kingston Bridge seem to be finished and all the scaffolding was being taken down today, however there are other temporary traffic lights near John Lewis,not sure what for.

Some showers during the day but nice and sunny for a later dog walk and passing this Viburnum I saw several bees and it also smelt lovely.
