Puddles on the harbourside

Today’s light was very strange, because of fast moving clouds and heavy showers. I’m always amazed at the turquoise colour if the harbour water, and today it excelled itself. The lack of colour in the puddle water was a good contrast. It was really cold.

There were lots of tourists around - many with quite young children. I’ve never thought it’s a good place for children - it’s not really safe to run around, with so many places where you can just fall into the sea, and there’s not really anything for children ‘to do’.
