Eggs in the nest

Were due to have our first bowling session this morning but the wet weather meant that it was cancelled.  I was feeling the effects of the last two days so perhaps a blessing in disguise!

I did a stint of childminding of I as her mum had an appointment and her dad was working.

It poured with rain all afternoon so no going to the castle and playground. She loved seeing the nest and spent the afternoon making eggs to go in it as well as a shiny paper girl  and a tissue paper jacket amongst other things.  Luckily I keep a collection of things likely to come in useful for just such an occasion.

She is taking the nest to school on Monday so that her class can see it. Meanwhile nest and eggs provided a blip.
