Auto pay... Not anymore apparently!

I'd just like to say that after receiving my third Congestion Charge Penalty notification in three days, you would think that my phone call to say that I had an auto charge account would have sunk in by now. I decided to remove my old car when I changed it and replace it with my new one.... Well that's obviously not as easy as I thought then! Another letter in the post then it seems. I'll let you know how it all turns out in a few weeks or months.
