Large weevil -Liophloeus tessulatus

I laid in today and didn't take a walk to my field until 3:30pm. Had a much better day of bug photography than I'd hoped. This poor weevil had a nasty cut on the side of its body. I didn't notice until I looked closely at the image on my computer. I hope he'll be ok, I adore Weevils.
