Puya berteroniana

We went for a stroll at the Arboretum on campus. I think this Turquoise Puya is the most stunning thing in their collection. It really is that extraordinary color!  The Extra is to show that this plant is close to fifteen feet tall, with dozens and dozens of these remarkable flowers.
