Surprise

A little primula with just  two flowers.  An unexpected find down between two much larger plants in the greenhouse today.

A slow day.  Some useful admin done and a walk for Meg with C and her Meg, a meal with Jamie.  I've also honed the chimney vase and it's looking much better.  It needs to be dry, fired, glazed and fired again before the end of the month ... which is looking unlikely.

Primula x 'Lindum Heavenly'.  It's parentage two alpine species, I'm hoping I can grow it well enough to fill perhaps a seven inch pot in the greenhouse.  Just two rosettes at present.   Come back in three or four years time!
