Train No. 8

Today we joined our friend, who has been with us photogaphing the Easter events in Trapani, in his taxi to the airport, from where we took our 8th train of this holiday back into the centre of Palermo.  We were here just for the day before catching a ferry this evening.

We took the opportunity to wander around the town, finding a busy area in an old part of town which was filled with diners eating at tables in the square, with food coming from cafes or street food vendors, like this one.  I wasn't particularly attracted to the animal parts he was  barbecuing.

This is back blipped because the intensity of our activities over several days allowed no time for editing and posting images and then I had no internet access for a couple of days.
