New growth

This is a very zoomed in photo, courtesy of my son and his spiffy camera!  This is a scene we often look across at, but I have never seen it this close up.  I see the farm has a lot of solar panels and wind power (on the right).

I have to confess I was not on this walk, as I had more important things to do like thoroughly cleaning the loo seat ready for its replacement to be fitted by my husband!  The seat is supposed to have been ‘posh’ to go with the loo, but it’s kept coming loose and swivelling.  We have bought a cheap replacement, as we guess it’s not worth paying a lot!!  We shall see…

I am cooking a cottage pie for lunch and, who knows, I may get out for a walk myself this afternoon.  Hubby is intending to do gardening.  He is really being badly affected by hay fever this year, despite taking ‘preventative’ tablets.
