Deceptive

Looks nice at the allotment but that East wind is unforgiving. It was fine while I was working though and I’d plenty to do. The rest of the spuds are in, the smallest veggie bed filled and an overflow row in this year’s salad bed, some strawberry plants were chucked and replaced with younger ones, the few seedlings that survived winter and multiple bird/beast attacks were moved and re-cloched against that wind, the soil prepped for the impending arrival of Pak Choi and red mustard seedlings. That was enough!
Out later with S for a pint and some scran in The Greenmantle (so so) then a couple of hours carnage with Keanu Reeves pretending to be in a film and not in a John Wick video game. That has to be it for the franchise, there’s no one left for him to kill.
