Alcohol al fresco

It was rather chilly to be sitting outside. We were waiting inside for our Chinese takeaway. It’s Norm’s birthday today and my friend’s husband tomorrow. We intended to all go for a Chinese  meal tomorrow but both the nearby ones are temporarily closed. We’re going to the pub instead. Norm got his Chinese meal at home tonight instead. Norm and the other birthday boy are the same age today for one day in the year. Ian will be a year older tomorrow.
