Blossom

The blossom is bursting out joy and happiness in Kyoto Friendship Garden at Lauriston Castle grounds.

There is a small exhibition & opportunity to learn origami, entry to Castle behind the café think it's on until Sunday.

I took my own cup & plate and chose a treat & cuppa filled at Mimi's Café. Sat in the Peace Garden & enjoyed the colour & sunshine even if a bit chilly today.

Then had a lovely walk round the grounds & popped in to exhibition.

Extra I spotted a tiny pine ladybird on the pine I sometimes see common red ones.

Well worth a visit for the blossom over the next week if you're local.

Went back out tonight to a meeting about possible bus changes, listened to good discussion but unable to contribute. Got the bus home again!
