All Good Things

I was looking forward to consuming three things during my trip to Wales. A pint, a cream tea and a hot chocolate with the works. Managed to get the pint last night with two guys in a village pub who stopped and stared at me when I walked in. We ended up chatting for a while and watching a Clint Eastwood film together.

Today I managed to get the cream tea during a stop in Carmarthen. When I mentioned I liked mine strong, I was asked if I wanted to try their strongest tea or their second strongest. Of course there could only be one answer. Was very impressed with the intricate sand timers they provided to ensure the perfect brew.

Didn't manage to get the hot chocolate in the end. But as Meatloaf once said, two out of three ain't bad.
