The Proper Task of Life

Another early start to take R to hospital for his pre-op assessment. Had a whole week off work and haven't managed a single lie-in. Much needed catch-up with A on a run this afternoon. He is a good friend and I really should make more of an effort there. Sometimes life just gets in the way, for both of us I think.

Popped in in for a visit to my original acting group. I think I made peace with T and reassured him I haven't left them for good. Saw L&A at their art exhibition in the evening. Enjoyed a great sunset on the way there and consider myself to have been quite lucky on that front this week. Some of the paintings were also quite good.

Had a laugh when L assured a potential customer that her sculptures weren't as delicate as he seemed to think. We then came up with 'RoBust Sculptures' as a potential business name. Can't think why.
