Rhubarb and chilli jam
The rhubarb crop has been fantastic this year - something good to come out of all the rain we've had. I'm a bit unimaginative about how to cook it, and found this recipe for rhubarb and chilli jam, so I made some this morning. The smell was gorgeous - I just hope it sets.
I made 2 jars but this only needed one stick of rhubarb, so I'll either need to make some more to give away, or rhubarb crumble it is (again) for the rest of the week.
