Saturday parkrun

It's a damp grey day.
Started early meeting my friend, who has had the foot operation, for a dog walk. She is due to see her surgeon on Monday and praying the X ray shows good healing of the bones so she can start to drive and be more independent.
Quick drive from respryn to lanhydrock for the parkrun at 9am. Perfect running conditions, the house looked very grey under the leaden skies but the bluebells are trying to put on a display. Give them another week and I'm sure it will be absolutely delightful
