Park Run..

So there's a Park Run near us now, in it's 5th week. Finally I had a Saturday morning where I wasn't about to finish a night shift...so today was the day. Grace wanted to come too! She's never run any distance before let alone 5k but she tackled it with gusto...though I think slightly underestimated quite how far it is with little legs! But she did it and powered her way to a sprint finish...she was awesome!

Park Run is free. Just register..print off your bar code and turn up! It was well marshalled and really friendly! I can't wait to go again.
