Petty Reground. Leica/Lumix Macro-Elmarit 45mm

The Japanese laminated steel Petty paring knife got the regrind treatment this morning.  I have a little sharpening jig which clamps by spring action onto the spine of the blade.  This provides a constant angle to grind the bevel as it rides on the water stone.
