‘Francophile Breakfast Essential’

Mindful of today's French theme, I got myself a croissant to have with my breakfast this morning.

A bit challenging this one!  Studying it closely, I was struck by the different patterns and the (often quite subtle) range of yellows on its surface.(Extra)
So I've adopted a slightly abstract approach, concentrating more on 
‘Form’.
