Filthy to Shiny

The top photo is the much, dirt and grime from the roads during my ride in yesterdays downpours.
Despite it raining today, but not so torrential!, I rolled the bike out of the garage and gave it a good soapy bath. She seemed to enjoy it. 
Wiped it down with a couple of microfibre cloths and back into the garage.
Yesterday, late afternoon, I even had to put my jacket and leather 'cut' into the airing cupboard. Nicely dried out this morning.
Next ride, other than pottering about, will be 13 May when the riders, from all over the country, travel to the NMA (National Memorial Arboretum) for the annual Memorial run where we remember any of our members and friends that we have lost over the past 12 months. It's sad, but it honours them, and we get to meet the ones that are still with us but we don't see very often.
