Quit honking your horn

I had a walk again this morning before work.

Up the banking, along to the viewfinder. I was going to take a glorious photo from the viewfinder across to a point it was pointing to.

But someone wrote across the top of it. Am seriously considering taking cleaning fluid tomorrow morning

A tragic thing also happened today which was also quite hysterical

Rosco came running into my office and said ‘hel, Alastair just killed the squirrel’

I looked out the window and said. Is it definitely dead?

Rosco nodded.

Alastair came in, out of the car With no lid.

And I called him in.

‘you killed the squirrel’

‘What’.

‘You killed Syd the squirrel when you drove in’

Rosco was beside himself; hoping round my office. ‘I was on the phone upstairs watching him jump around and you came round the corner and whack’

Alastair said ‘grey squirrels are pests if you trap one you are legally required to kill it.

‘Syd was Elaine and Sharons. syd and his wife Sally. You’ve left Sally a widow. Maybe single mother’. Alastair looked mortified. ‘it’s okay I said. I will break the news


I called Elaine and Leeann into the office. Please sit on my couch. I have something to tell you

Are we being fired?

No, but I have to tell you of a death.

Both looked concerned.

‘syd’. I said. ‘Alastair flattened him’

They were saddened. Elaine looked out and suggested that we needed to move him as his position meant that he was liable to be more squished and all three of us squealed as an Amazon driver came round the corner but seen Syd at the last minute snd swerved.

We put a big bag over both the brush and shovel and headed out. Elaine stood at
Arms length and poked him. ‘I’m scared he might jump up’.

‘Elaine, his brain is laying on the road, I don’t think he is going to jump up’

We pushed and poked and didn’t quite make All of him on. Alastair appeared and said he would take over. It was the least he could do.

And he did. And threw him unceremoniously into the bushes

Si and I had a walk on the beach after work
