Feeding time

The great tits have been feeding their offspring for about two weeks or so. We are not quite sure when they started but they keep going from early morning to dusk. They are very nimble. This was taken through the window. There is an olive tree near the nest box which is a handy spot to land before heading for the nest box. The alternative is to take a rapid right or left hand turn and they never miss the nest hole.
The dull cool day hasn’t tempted us into the garden today. My husband went for the blood test that our doctor had requested.
